Michael Londra presents an orchestral evening of Celtic classics, popular folk songs and his own compositions mixed with stories from his home and that unique Irish humor. The famed tenor from Ireland presents a full orchestral program centered by a traditional Irish band, a full evening of Celtic songs, jigs n' reels. This show includes Irish and American classics like How are Things in Glocca Morra from Finians Rainbow, Come to Me, Bend to Me from Brigadoon, The Water is Wide, Shenandoah, Fields Of Gold and You Raise Me Up but also has more traditional pieces like She Moved Through the Fair and Michael's version of Danny Boy, deemed the best recording of the song in history, by The Irish Emigrant, having been downloaded almost 9 million times on Youtube. The frenzied reels and toe tapping jigs played by Uilleann pipes, fiddles and whistles contrast with the sweeping orchestral sounds of the orchestra.

Michael Londra, one of the world's most sought after Irish tenors, originally came to the US to perform as lead singer of Riverdance on Broadway and since then has forged a career as a solo artist.

Regarded as "one of the greatest Irish singers of our time" by Capitalceltic.com, he produced and starred in his own PBS special entitled Michael Londra's Beyond Celtic, which aired nationally over 400 times in 2011 and earning 2 Emmy® nominations.

He was recently voted Best Irish Tenor by the Irish Music Association. He is included in Universal Records’ compilation "Arias Ancora" with Luciano Pavarotti, Sarah Brightman and Il Divo. He sang the role of Jesus in the symphonic version of the Oscar nominated score to the Mel Gibson movie, The Passion of the Christ. He has performed with Irish super groups, Teada and Frankie Gavin & De Dannan.

In 2013 he performed with Judy Collins for the Kennedy family in in JFK50 celebrations to honor President John F Kennedy's trip to Ireland in 1963.

“Michael Londra is a consummate artist and a brilliant collaborator. He matches uncompromising artistry with a kindness and generosity that prove truly delightful for audience and orchestra alike.
